UPDATE: BLITZ FROM ZION – APRIL-MAY 2026
The Peace by Peace (PBP) initiative continues to move forward as a powerful expression of reconciliation, healing, and unity. Bringing together U.S. veterans and Israeli reservists, PBP is more than a program—it is a living testimony that even in the aftermath of conflict, restoration is possible. Through shared experiences, guided conversations, and times of reflection, lives are being touched and bridges are being built. In a world often defined by division, this remains a prophetic work of peace.
We have prayerfully made the decision to reschedule this vital retreat to July 26-August 3rd, 2026. While the timing has shifted, the mission has only grown more urgent. The need to bring healing to those carrying unseen wounds remains both immediate and profound.
We are moving forward with great expectation, using this time to strengthen every aspect of the retreat so it can have an even deeper and more lasting impact.
To heal, restore, and build bridges that last a lifetime.
July 26-August 3rd, 2026 Do Hope Israel will facilitate our ‘Peace by Peace’ retreat. We will bring six U.S. veterans and six Israeli veterans together for eight days of fellowship, faith, and transformation at Lodestar Mountain Inn, WV.
This is more than a seminar—it’s a chance to change lives, mend hearts, and be a carrier of God’s unshakable love and shalom for others.
This immersive program is designed to:
PBP is a comprehensive rehabilitation, development, and community-entrepreneurship initiative designed for soldiers and war veterans coping with post-traumatic stress disorder and/or moral injury.
The program creates supportive environments where participants can process their experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and grow beyond the impact of battle. Through practical tools and guided practice, veterans learn to restore mental and emotional balance, strengthen their relationships with family, friends, and colleagues, and become catalysts for positive change within their communities.
Rooted in Judeo-Christian principles and values, our curriculum fosters deep mutual understanding, respect, and collaboration between nations and diverse backgrounds.
PBP promotes peace and healing across three interconnected circles:
Promote Health and Resilience – equipping participants with tools for emotional regulation, physical well-being, and renewed purpose.
Cultivate Peace and Purpose – guiding veterans to move from pain toward a life of meaning and contribution.
Promote Health and Resilience – equipping participants with tools for emotional regulation, physical well-being, and renewed purpose.
Community – empowering participants to contribute to meaningful transformation around them
PBP retreat —it’s a chance to change lives, mend hearts, and be a carrier of God's unshakable love and shalom for others.
In a world that can feel disconnected, especially in the PTSD community, Peace by Peace brings people back together. Whether a veteran is looking for companionship, support, a retreat, or simply someone who is there to listen then this is the place where you belong.
